How your chart is calculated, what is free on the site and what the app holds, where your data lives: the questions people really ask, and their answers without the runaround. If yours is missing, the mailbox is right at the bottom of the page.
The app
- What is free, and what is paid? The Nohemia site is free, forever: the lunar almanac, the daily horoscope, the moon right now, the guides, the lessons and the glossary are yours with no account and no card.
- What languages does Nohemia come in? Nohemia reads in seven languages: English, French, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian, German and Japanese.
- How do you add the moon widget to your site? The moon widget is a small frame you paste onto your site: it shows today’s moon, its phase down to the percent, the sign she is crossing and the date of the next full moon.
Your calculations
- How is your chart calculated? Your chart is calculated, not guessed: from your birth date, time and city, an ephemeris engine works out the planets’ real positions at the moment you were born, just as an astronomer would.
- You don’t know your birth time? Without a birth time, your birth chart is still calculable: the planets’ positions in the signs and most of the aspects depend only on your date and your place.
- Are the calculations really accurate? Yes.
- Why don’t we promise you dated events? Nohemia dates the sky with a watchmaker’s precision: the full moon to the minute, retrogrades station after station, the Sun’s entry into each sign.
Your account
- How do you manage your subscription? Your Nohemia subscription is managed from your personal space: you can cancel any time, in two clicks, with no questions and no nagging.
- How do you change your birth details? Just found your exact time, or entered the wrong city? Your birth details can be edited from your personal space, and everything that flows from them is recalculated: your chart, your rising sign and your houses if the time changes, your personalized readings, your Imprint.
- How do you reach us? One address, for everything: contact@nohemia.com.
Your data
- Where does your personal data go? Your data is used for one thing: to calculate your sky.
- Is your account well protected? Your Nohemia space is hosted on Cloudflare, the infrastructure that runs the whole house, and your birth data there serves only to calculate your sky: never sold, never handed to advertisers.
