Is it really a single payment?
Yes. You pay $7.99 once and the whole app opens. There is no subscription, so no further charge and nothing to cancel.
How long do I keep access?
For as long as Nohemia exists. We do not promise an unlimited duration: if the service were ever to close, a one-month notice would appear as a banner on the site and in the app. We promise nothing beyond that, so as to promise only what we can keep.
Can I try the app before paying?
No. The site is free to read, with no account: it is the best way to see how Nohemia writes. The app opens with one payment, and its price is shown before you pay, once your account is created and your sky calculated.
Can I get a refund?
Access is immediate: at checkout you ask to use it right away, and in doing so you waive the legal right of withdrawal. So there is no automatic refund. If something has really gone wrong (a duplicate charge, a payment error, access that will not open), write to us from your account’s email address: every request is looked at in good faith.
