Help · your account
Is your account well protected? kept safe, and always in your hands.
Your Nohemia space is hosted on Cloudflare, the infrastructure that runs the whole house, and your birth data there serves only to calculate your sky: never sold, never handed to advertisers. You keep control from start to finish: you edit your details whenever you like, and deleting your account deletes your data with it. The rest comes down to one simple gesture on your side: your email is yours, your access is yours.

The short answer
Yes. Your account lives on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, the one that serves all of Nohemia, and access is reserved for you. The only data you confide, your birth details and your email, serve to calculate your sky and to recognize you when you return: nothing more. They are never sold, nor shared with an ad network.
And you are never a prisoner of your account: you edit your details any time from your space, and you can delete it entirely whenever you like. Deleting it erases your data with it. It is the simplest guarantee there is: what you can erase yourself cannot slip out of your hands.
What we do on our side
We chose to ask as little of you as possible. Nohemia’s model is a subscription, not advertising: we have no interest in profiling you, so we collect only the essential. Less data confided means less exposed surface, and that is the best protection of all.
Audience measurement is done with no cookies and no third-party tracking: we know how many people read a page, never who you are elsewhere. No ad pixel, no tracker. Your visit to Nohemia does not follow you across the rest of the web.
What you can do on your side
Security also comes down to a few simple gestures, the same as for any account that matters to you: keep access to the email address linked to your account, it is what recognizes you when you return. Avoid reusing a password already compromised elsewhere, and sign out of shared or borrowed screens.
If something seems off, a sign-in you do not recognize, a strange email claiming to be from Nohemia, write to us at contact@nohemia.com. We will never ask for your password by message: a note that demands it does not come from us.
Frequently asked questions
- Where is my information stored?
- On Cloudflare, the infrastructure that runs all of Nohemia. Your birth details and your email live there in your space, to calculate your sky and recognize you when you return, and nowhere else.
- What happens if I delete my account?
- Your data is deleted with it. It is the most direct gesture to erase everything: what you can remove yourself from your space stays under your control, from the first day to the last.
- Can Nohemia ask for my password by email?
- Never. No legitimate message from Nohemia will ask for your password. If you receive a note demanding it or one that worries you, do not reply and report it to contact@nohemia.com.
