Give yourself an hour of mid-year stocktaking, somewhere high if you can: a hill, a rooftop, an upper floor, the metaphor really helps. List what you’ve built since January, in black and white, including what seems too small to count. Salute it: Capricorn forgets to celebrate, that’s its weakness. Then identify the load you carry alone out of habit or pride, and decide on one precise act to share it or set it down: a delegation, a request for help, a clean letting-go. Then come back down toward something soft: a meal, your people, water. The work holds better when the nest is fed.
